- Cosmetic Research/Manufacture Supervisor
Kualifikasi :
This is the R&D/production team for DBI’s cosmetics business (finished products, raw materials).
We develop formulations for customized cosmeceutical skin care products using bio-materials (growth factors, etc.)
and promote the cosmetics business with the concept of small-scale production of a variety of products.
In addition, this team is promoting differentiated cosmetic raw material supply business by improving the formulation of cosmetic raw materials.
Responsibilities
•Research and development of Cosmetic Finished product Formulations (Main : Skin Care products)
•Production of Cosmetic Finished product (Commercial product product using Cosmetics GMP facilities)
•Development and production of new Formulations of cosmetic raw materials
•Cosmetic project management
Requirements
•Min. Bachelor Degree or higher with preferred major in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Apothecary
•Min. 5 years experience in Develeoping Cosmetic Finished product Formulation (for Manager, Min. 10 years experience)
•Previous experience in skincare industry is essential
•Experience with project management and have excellent time management skills
•Able to work and lead teams
Preferred Requirements
‘•Experience in developing and handling cosmetic raw material formulations (ex. Liposome, etc.)
•Experience in handling Bio raw materials (ex. growth factors, secretome, stem cell extract, etc.)
•Experience in research/development Bio material based finished product (ex. secretome cosmetic, stem cell extract cosmetic, etc)
•Experience in producing cosmetic raw materials and finished products in GMP facilities
•Experience in production management according to cosmetics GMP regulations
