Kualifikasi :

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and standards for feed production.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QC team to ensure effective quality control operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished feed products.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Monitor and enforce adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) protocols.
Keep updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant.
Oversee laboratory testing of feed ingredients and products to verify quality and safety.
Analyze test results and take appropriate actions to address any quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of QC tests, inspections, and audits.
Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of QC activities and findings.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all QC processes and results.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the feed mill or food manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using QC testing equipment and software.
Willing to work in Grobogan, Central Java
