Job Descriptions :

Manage and coordinate all procurement activities for the hotel, including sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assess current and future purchasing needs of the hotel and develop procurement strategies accordingly.
Monitor inventory levels and control stock levels to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support as needed.
Review and analyze purchase requisitions and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary constraints.
Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Train and mentor junior purchasing staff members as necessary

Qualifications:​

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.​
Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a  hotel or hospitality environment.​
Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.​
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.​
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.​
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of purchasing software and systems is a plus.​
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.​
