Job Description
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and implement growth strategies based on the analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
Identify potential clients and establish contact to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring that the terms are favorable to the company.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales techniques and approaches.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s growth strategies.
Provide feedback from clients to aid in product/service improvement.
Monitor and report on the progress of development initiatives against strategic business goals.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform future business strategies.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
Customize business solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in negotiating and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
