Kualifikasi :

Job Purpose:

Assist the administrative marketing team in processing incoming marketing expense bills with complete documents

Responsibilities:

Help cross check the completeness of incoming invoice/payment documents before they are processed further to accounting
Coordinate with the vendor team or distributor regarding marketing cost bills that will be and are in process
Coordinating with internal accounting and finance for the smoothness and completeness of the payment process
Make reports on bills, documents and payment processes that have been processed and received
Carry out matters relating to the interests of the company in accordance with orders from superiors

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (S1) – Accountancy/Economic with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
Fresh graduate up to 2 years of working experience in Accounting
Understand the basics of accounting and administration
Mastering Microsoft Excel very well
Able to communicate both internally and externally
Initiative, fast learner, hard worker, have a good interpersonal skill, and have a desire to learn new things
Recruitment Process and Work Placement in Cakung, East Jakarta
Working Hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00AM – 5.00PM
