Kualifikasi :

Qualifications and Skills:

Min. 28 (twenty eight) years old
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; TAX, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial concepts, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant fluctuations in financial performance.
Generate ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management to support decision-making processes.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to department heads and senior management.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement based on financial projections.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payment transactions.

4. General Ledger Maintenance:

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger by recording and reconciling financial transactions.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Review and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.

5. Tax Compliance:

Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, and respond to inquiries from tax authorities as necessary.
Coordinate with external tax advisors or auditors to facilitate tax planning and reporting activities.

6. Internal Controls and Compliance:

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

7. Financial Analysis and Decision Support:

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, financial models, and ROI calculations for new projects or investments.
Participate in meetings or presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to stakeholders.
