Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
Holds a valid Ahli K3 Umum license
Understanding and knowledge of SMK3 (Safety Management System)
Understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
Good presentation skills and proficient in administration tasks
Previous working experience in Production is a plus
Fast learner, independent, and possesses a positive attitude

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and conduct emergency response drills to enhance preparedness.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Implement measures to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance to management.
