Kualifikasi :
Responsibilities:
Collect data to generate ideas to propose new tourism products, selecting and deciding the suitable ideas.
Analyze data from competitor and the market to create tour products that meet the needs and desires of the market.
Communicate tour products to sales & marketing teams to gain market share.
Collect customer feedbacks to further improve tour products.
Coordinate with the respective teams regarding the socialization of tour products.
Monitor tour products while it is still being marketed.
Design mitigation steps for problems needed improvement.
Monitor the performance of the tour product’s team.
Qualification:
Have Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Tourism.
Have minimum 3 year experiences as Tour Product Manager.
Have knowledge about Tourist destinations in various regions.
Good communication & negotiation skill.
Have a critical and startegic mindset.
Have experience handle Europe tour.
