Qualifications & experience

Have experience in General Affair min. 2 years or Customer Service, General Affair in hospitality industry
Have advanced skills Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet
High sense of responsibility and initiative. Willing to learn new things out of their main responsibilities
Able to work under pressure and effectively as a part of a team or independently
Good interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing facilities, equipment, and supplies
Identify, select, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers such as office suppliers, maintenance personnel, cleaners, and security providers
Maintain company records, including contracts, policies, and legal documents, in a secure and organized manner
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate financial records
Manage data, tracking, maintenance, and utilization of physical assets owned by the company
Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for office equipment, facilities, and infrastructure and address any issues regarding facilities promptly to minimize disruptions to operations
