In June 1995 PT. Emblem Asia was established as a joint venture company. The ownership of PT. Emblem Asia consist of UNITIKA Ltd, MARUBENI and PT GRAHA KARYA UPAYA MANDIRI. In January 1997 PT. Emblem Asia have started up Biaxially Nylon Film (BON) production. The production technology mainly comes from Unitika Ltd.. EMBLEM, which is produced by PT. Emblem Asia, is supposed able to cover the demand of Nylon Film in several Asian and Oceania countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Langka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia, and Myanmar)

Qualifications & experience

Maximum 35 Years old
Candidate must be bachelor degree Min (D3/S1) Electrical Engineering form reputable University
Having Knowledge the electrical system in manufacture industry such as PLC min (omron/siemens), pneumatic, inverter etc
Having experience at least 1 Years as Electrical Engineer or related position
Able to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, SCADA, TIA Portal etc
Able to speak English both verbal and written
Able to work independtly and as a team
Good Communication skill to maintan relation with internal and external like vendor,machine maker etc
Having Good health, high intergrity, accountablility and able to work under preassure

Tasks & responsibilities

Handle the planning and implementation of routine Electrical Maintenance programs
Carry out administrative activities for all maintenance and repair activities which include recording maintenance and repairs on electrical machines
Manage electrical machine spare parts, related to stock, usage and purchasing.
Assist with filing manuals and electrical engineering drawings and Assist the maintenance manager in monitoring and providing solutions to the electrical work of technician personnel
Communicate technical issues between maintenance personnel and act as a source of information to ensure that the machine is safe to operate
Evaluate and follow up on the work of Electrical Maintenance Technicians.
Carry out all work plans that have been determined in the electrical maintenance schedule for each production machine
Maintain Lost Time maintenance below the maximum target
Maintain availability of Electrical Spare part
