Kualifikasi :

Position: Remote Administrator (Based in Bali)

Company: Niche Resources Group (Australia) is seeking a dedicated and skilled administrator to support our Perth-based recruitment team. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Bali.

Skills Required:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in phone communication with native English speakers.
Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience using Teams.
Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Familiarity with any type of CRM system.
Experience with Xero is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Confirming interview times with candidates via phone calls.
Coordinating training sessions for candidates.
Handling incoming calls and transferring them using a VoIP system.
Processing a high volume of CVs efficiently.
Sending contracts to candidates for e-signature.
Maintaining data integrity and organization in our CRM.
Conducting cold calls to potential candidates.
Collaborating with the Australian-based team members via Microsoft Teams for additional support tasks.
