Kualifikasi :

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Tour Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in both domestic and international markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
In-depth knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
Familiarity with travel booking systems (OTA) and software.
Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as per client needs.
