We open three positions Accounting Staff
POSITION 1
Accounting Receivable
Create invoices and tax invoices. Audit the invoice data of ERP system receivables module, match the sales contract and delivery order, and complete the invoice and tax invoice on the specified time
Review the invoicing application submitted by the salers and complete invoicing and tax invoices on the specified time
Account receivable processing. Check the bank statement, complete the collection classification, record customer payment into ERP, and write off the corresponding accounts receivable
Provide receivable reports
Accounting document filing
POSITION 2
Accounting Payable, Finance, Accounting, and Tax
Responsible for reviewing payment applications: including general purchases, asset purchases, deposits, prepayments, balance payments, WHT, etc
Responsible for AP accounting: including invoice and payment
Responsible for asset accounting: including fixed assets, construction, intangible assets, etc
Responsible for tax accounting: calculate all kinds of taxes and check with tax consultants, complete tax returns on time, deal with tax audits
Assist purchasing colleagues in reconciling accounts with suppliers
Provide documents or data required by audits
POSITION 3
General Ledger and Financial Reporting
Responsible for reviewing employee reimbursements and posting.
Responsible for reviewing employee loans and posting.
Responsible for general ledger accounting processing in ERP.
Responsible for salary and BPJS provision and payment accounting
Responsible for the accounting processing of principal and interest provisions for loans both within and outside the group.
Responsible for accounting of bank fees, foreign exchange, and interbank transfers etc.
Responsible for tax payment accounting.
Responsible for expense provision and allocation.
Prepare BS, IS, CF, OR Aging Statements, OP Aging Statements, Short-term and Long-term loan Statements etc.
Prepare the bank reconciliation form.
Assist related parties in reconciling accounts.
Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least from accounting University or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in accounting and finance
Good communication in English
Familiarity with bookkeeping, basic accounting procedures and principles, accounting and tax law and regulation
Strong with Excel formula and reconciliation
Competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software eg. SAP/ERP/Oracle
Accuracy and attention to detail
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
Honest and an initiative person, able to work autonomously and as a team member
Good communication in English is a MUST
