• Tax Affair Staff

Kualifikasi :

Job Description:

Identify tax impact as well as tax issue ( if any ) from each transactions.
Approve VAT OUT, VAT IN and ensure the amount on E-faktur are completely recorded.
Monthly Tax Report ( WHT, VAT ).
Prepare E-butpot and send Bukti potong to supplier.
Coordinate with other teams to solve any problem related to tax issue each transactions.
Matching tax doc with exim doc.
Prepare required data / paper work during internal and or external audit.

 

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree, Finance/Accountancy from reputable university.
Fresh Graduate or having experience in related field will be advantage.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Broad knowledge and strong understanding in Finance and Accounting Standards (PSAK, IFRS).
License in Brevet A and B is preferred.
Computer literate (Microsoft word, Excel and formulas) & Accounting Software.
Having knowledge of witholding TAX, VAT eFaktur, Pajak Masukan and Journal.
Able to work in tight schedule.
Willing to learn and accept new task when needed.
Having sense of good document management.
Able to communicate and work together in a team.
able to analize and overview transaction in detail.
Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage.
