Saat ini PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Accounting & Tax Specialist

Kualifikasi :

Responsibilty :

Check the completeness of the sales Invoice from operation
Maintain the Account receivable and communicate with operation regarding the collection plan from customer
Verified and follow up for the collection A/R from customer
Checking the tax rate in payment order and collecting the tax invoice supplier and customer.
Controlling and follow up the withholding tax (final and non final) from customer and supplier.
Reconciliation for all tax regularly
Prepare tax report and tax payment regularly
Collect all documentation (Agreement customer and supplier, licenses and others)
Follow up the A/R collection and other document with others (Operation, supplier and customer)

 

Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree or more.
1-2 years or above of handle sales invoice and collection and all tax matter.
Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fast learner and good analytical thinking.
Understand tax regulation in Indonesia.
Have an experience in tax refund and audit (If any)
Able to use the formula in MS. Office (Excel) for making the report.
Willing to be contracted for 6 months
