FORMALITIES ADMINISTRATOR

RESPONSIBILITES: 

To Prepare Documents and Submitted to Related Government.
To liaise with operational staff.
To Communicate to the clients.
To Advise the Clients about formalities services Matters.
To be able to follow company regulation (STB scheme, ELIDS, etc.).

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

 Diploma (D3) or university Degree (S1).
Age range between 22 – 26 years old.
Must have minimum1 – 2 years’ experience in Formalities Services Area.
Proficiency with Ms. Office.
Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
Have a good communications and interaction skills, as well as high initiative.
Have good analytical skills, pay attention to details, well organized, can work under pressure.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to be placed in Fatmawati.
