Deskripsi pekerjaan Boutique Manager PT Graha Citra Prima
The Job description:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and proactively drive sales performance and achievement of business objectives
Drive key clientele strategies to help your team build and nurture their clientele base
Work closely and liaise with Head Office departments to deliver the strategic goals of your store (including HR, Client Engagement, Finance and Merchandising)
Mentor and develop your Team Managers as they provide first line support to the Client Advisors
Partner with HR on all people related items including recruitment, onboarding, development plans and performance management
Ensure the store is maintained at all times particularly through visual merchandising and safety standards
Lead and support the management of brands events, with a focus on staffing, client appointments and meeting budgeted sales targets.

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in hospitality/hotel management/fashion business/fashion merchandising/communication or any other major.
Possess a working experience in Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry will be preferable, min 3-5 years in same position as Store Manager.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Punctual, confidence, reliable and professional.
Able to provide exceptional customer services.
Proficient in English, both oral and written. Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
Willing to work in Boutique with shifting working setting.
