Kualifikasi :

What will you do?

Ensure all team members are adhering to safety guidelines and following standard operating procedures
Organize work assignments and break schedules to optimize productivity and maintain production flow
Monitor ACH and PAC production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting quality standards
Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to troubleshoot any equipment or process issues that arise during the shift
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications
Supervise the dispatch and filling of products into packages to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Verify the proper labeling and packaging of products before shipment
Coordinate with the logistics department to facilitate the smooth transfer of finished goods
Oversee inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain department to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and packaging materials
Minimize wastage and implement efficient inventory control measures
Train new operators on production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
