Main Responsibilities :

Work closely among the transformation team, IT / engineering team, and other stakeholders to create business case, budget estimation, roadmap of digital product and prioritize delivery plan
Engage with business users to maintain user expectation, drive functionalities, and compile business users requirement and pain point into user stories
Engage with internal or external delivery team to implement and support digital product
Drive, run, and maintain day to day activity of ongoing digital project
Ensure delivery of digital product is comply with standard quality product, scope, timeline, and well documented
Ensure proper transfer product of knowledge including product vision, usage, blueprint, and support among the team and stakeholders
Responsible to realize business benefit of digital product and ensure service continuity of digital product
 

Requirements:

5 years proven experiences on project management, vendor and user engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field5 years proven experiences on project management, vendor and user engagement
Having experiences to drive implementation digital product
Strong ownership value of digital product
Strong analytical thinking and having technical knowledge of designing digital product Understanding in operating Gantt chart, kanban or scrum to track and monitor task
Understanding best practice digital and data architecture
Analytical skill to find root cause of digital issues; understand SQL query is a plus
Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Able to work in fast pace and sense to the market turmoil / business necessity
