Kualifikasi :

Job Description:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate machining and roll shop operations to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements within the machining and roll shop departments.
Control pulpit associated with the rolling mill, furnace, Charging & disscharging material (material handling) & roll changes in CP1 activity.
Provide leadership and guidance to the machining and roll shop teams, including technicians, operators, and support staff.
Promote and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirement:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree with majoring Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering

2. Minimum having 3-5 experience in the steel manufacturing or metallurgical environment (especially on hot rolling mill) as Analysis & Technical Process

3. Familiar with roll grinding, roll texturing, or roll refurbrishment process

4. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications

5. Capable of mechanical measuring instrument

6. Excellent in using AutoCAD & Ms Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point)

7. Fluent in English both oral & writing

8. Willing to work shifting & 6 days work

9. Willing to relocate in Cikarang Barat, West Java
