• Civil Engineer

Kualifikasi :

Qualification : 

Male/Female age 22 – 27 years old
Bachelor’s degree in accordance with the position
Having experience in accordance with the position (preferred) / fresh graduate
Software literacy (SAP 2000, Autocad, etc.)
Computer literacy (excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Communication and interpersonal skill
Willing to be placed in bekasi and all project locations

Job Descriptions :

Create design concepts for prefabricated building system
Create RAB dan BQ from related designs
Create detailed drawings of related designs
Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction
Check the work of the subcontractor to fit the implementation procedures
Carry out supervision related to civil technical scope (structure, foundation) and finishing on construction projects
Handling problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests
Check usage of materials for construction and provide recommendations to the planning party if there are material discrepancies
Assisting the commercial team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations
Accompanying the pre-hand over team to check the list and handover of client
