Job Description: 

Verify VAT Output Tax Invoices: Check the accuracy and consistency between VAT output tax invoices and the corresponding invoices.
Document VAT Output Tax Invoices: Properly document all VAT output tax invoices for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
Prepare Supporting Documents for VAT and Income Tax: Compile and prepare necessary documents to support VAT and income tax (PPh) filings.
Prepare and Reconcile VAT and Income Tax Reports: Generate reports and perform reconciliations for VAT and income tax to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create E-Billing for VAT and Income Tax Payments: Prepare electronic billing (E-Billing) for VAT and income tax payments to ensure timely submissions.
Prepare and File VAT and Income Tax Returns (SPT): Create and file VAT and income tax returns in accordance with local tax regulations.
Review and Withhold Income Tax from A/P Invoices in SAP: Examine accounts payable invoices in SAP to perform accurate income tax withholding (PPh).
Prepare and Distribute Withholding Tax Supporting Documents: Organize and distribute withholding tax certificates and supporting documents to vendors.
Prepare Reports and Follow Up on Prepaid Withholding Tax and VAT Output WAPU: Create reports and follow up on prepaid withholding tax documents and VAT output for WAPU.
Perform Equalization Between SPT Income Tax Article 23 and Article 4(2) with SAP Expenses: Reconcile income tax returns for Article 23 and Article 4, paragraph 2, with recorded expenses in SAP.
Create Nominative Lists for Tax Regulation Compliance: Develop nominative lists as required by tax regulations.
Prepare Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan): Compile and file annual tax returns, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
Draft PBK Request Letters: Prepare letters requesting PBK (transfer of payment) to comply with tax obligations.
File Tax Documents: Organize and maintain all tax-related documents for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
Prepare Tax-Related Data for Internal and External Parties: Compile and provide necessary tax data for internal departments and external parties, such as auditors and tax consultants.
Prepare Documents for Tax Audits: Gather and organize documents required for tax audits to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
Draft Response Letters to Tax Authorities: Prepare reply letters in response to inquiries or notices from the tax office.
Assist Supervisors and Managers: Support supervisors and managers in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities related to tax matters.
Implement QHSE Programs: Follow and implement the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs established by the company.

Qualifications:

Age: Maximum 30 years old.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in accounting and taxation.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of financial report preparation.
Knowledge of financial report audits.
In-depth knowledge of taxation and applicable tax laws.
Familiarity with quality management principles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership abilities, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
