Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Posisi Bidang Akuntansi & Keuangan Lainnya PT HERFEN KREASI CEMERLANG
Job Description / Responsibilities:
1 Design a business analysis and data recording system for use across departments
2 Maintain the database and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
3 Regularly check data reports to find and resolve
errors as a whole
4 Analyze and collect data accurately for various types of business reports
5 Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
6 Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
7 Support various departments, including marketing and sales, within
achieve their goals through analysis
8 Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

Criteria:
1 Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a university with a good reputation
2 Have experience in accounting for at least 1 year
3 Experience in SAP, object-oriented programming, and other data analysis programs
4 Analytical skills that enable the development of data-driven reports
5 Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects
to meet deadlines
6 Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables,
graphs, and charts
7 Strong written and verbal communication skills to relate data
effectively with colleagues
8 Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems
and make a decision
9 Tendency to notice small details that can influence results
10 General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes and information flows
