Kualifikasi :

The Finance / General Office Manager will be reporting directly to the MD and FC in Singapore. You will be expected to control and monitor all aspects financial management such as reporting, budgeting, local statutory reporting and oversee daily office operations. We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization.

 

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Responsible for end-to-end Financial Operation of the company
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders.
Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads.
Provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Lead and mentor the finance subordinate, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

General Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities.
Collaborate closely with various departments, including sales and delivery functions, to facilitate seamless operations.
Maintain a productive workplace.

 

The Successful Applicant

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background, a solid understanding of local statutory reporting in Audit and Tax reporting.

Bachelor’s degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in similar roles
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics D365 system
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
Business level of English language
You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills.
