Kualifikasi :

Job Description

Leading finance department and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, procurement, inventory, fixed asset management, and treasury functions.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Review payment and all types of vouchers considering the appropriateness of supporting documents.
Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal and external reporting requirements.
Develop, maintain, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems to align with other operational departments and to ensure that expectation of consistent high accounting accuracy standards are always met.
Working closely with regional and HQ office to ensure timely and accurate records and reports.
Initiate corrective actions and identify, suggest, create and implement process improvements as necessary.
Liaise and maintain cordial working relationship with tax consultant, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns and compliance with all relevant regulations of the Tax Revenue Department.
Other finance related tasks as required from time to time.

Skill & Experiences

Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. High preference for CPA.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting Manager role and more than 10 years of total working experience in accounting/finance related field.
Good analytical skills, deep understanding of accounting and finance principles, and local taxation practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with high demanding auditors and tax regulators in an effective manner.
Ability to multitask and work under high pressure and tight deadlines without compromising on high quality of work output.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Excel in a multinational and collaborative working environment. 
Proficiency in Microsoft office, knowledgeable in JD Edwards is an advantage.
