Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in ERP projects, including implementation and optimization.
Competency: as a System Analyst, bridging business needs with technological solutions.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional product teams and delivering high-quality products.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a strategic product vision, incorporating market analysis, user insights, and business goals.
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technology and web-based platforms, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with experience in gathering user feedback and conducting user research.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing product metrics, conducting A/B testing, and using data to drive product improvements and decision making.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product strategy, priorities, and requirements to stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy for the job portal, aligning it with the company’s goals and market trends.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and UX researchers, to deliver high-quality products on time.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing, and sales teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research activities, such as interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and validate product features and enhancements.
Product Planning and Execution: Define product requirements and prioritize features based on user needs, market trends, and business goals. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and drive user adoption.
Product Performance Analysis: Monitor key product metrics, conduct competitive analysis, and use data to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.
Iteration and Improvement: Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and market dynamics, driving innovation and improvements to enhance the user experience.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the job portal space to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
