Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• General Affair Senior Specialist

Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities:

Asset Management and Budget Control
– Fixed asset register, maintaining and managing facilities and building in Deltamas site
– Manage budget of General Affair field in Deltamas
– Coordinate with HQ for budget plan and manage
Physical Security Management
– SOP plan for physical security management with subcontractor
– Handle VVIP support
– Internal training for emergency matter
Employee Support
– Provide and maintain Wisma Mulia – Deltamas shuttle bus for HMID employee
– Facilities Maintenance for employee’s work environment such as electronics
– Managing uniform / stationaries and office supplies
– Internal event support
Subsidiaries Relation
– Coordinating with affiliates and subcontractor in Deltamas site
– Building maintenance
– Supervise maintenance project of Deltamas
 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in General Affairs or a Consulting Company
Have good knowledge of asset facility management and maintenance, as well as making SOP
Fluent in English 
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
