Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant

Company: IDEATRIP.ID

Location: Fully Remote (Within Indonesia)

Budget: Up to IDR 1,000,000 per month for trial period

About Us:
IDEATRIP.ID is a leading tour travel company dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Handle inquiries and requests from clients.
Manage and organize company documents and files.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Assist in general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:
This is internship position with 3 month contract.
Mandatory able to communicate with English in conversation manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic tech tools like Gsuite, Googlesheet, etc.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Location:
Fully remote within Indonesia. No need to commute to an office!

Budget:
We offer a competitive budget of up to IDR 1,000,000 per month.
