JOB DUTIES

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
1. Recapping working hours for operators and heavy equipment.
2. Handling the departure of new employees to the site.
3. Processing payroll for site employees.
4. Processing invoice reimbursement.
5. Controlling the service schedule for heavy equipment.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
1. Booking flight tickets for foreign and domestic employees.
2. Managing apartments for foreign employees and processing payments.
3. Scheduling drivers.
4. Processing invoice reimbursement.

RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
1. Confirming interview times with candidates
2. Coordinating training sessions for candidates.
3. processing an other administration related recruitment

REQUIREMENT:
1. Fluents in chinese and indonesia languages
2. Proven experience as an office administrator, recruitment administrator, or in a similar role.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
