Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Country Manager PT Infinite World Esports
Country Manager Responsibilities:
Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
Building professional relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
Build and develop a high performing team with a focus on Business Development.
Manage the development of strategic initiatives to accelerate and further diversify growth in Indonesia.
Identify and execute local business partnerships through third-party agencies or direct relationships.
Identify and pursue leads for commercial execution on sponsorship deals from sourcing, structuring, and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention.
In alignment with the HQ team, execute HQ strategic vision in the Indonesia, including high impact initiatives and projects such as ecosystem product development, Esports development, branding and advertising, community engagement, local content creation, press relations, etc.
Be responsible for compliance and regulatory requirements of local authorities.
Take responsibility for Business P&L, managing complex business decisions around cost.

Country Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master’s degree).
Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.
A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
2+ years of Business Development and general management experience.
3+ years of work experience in marketing within the esports gaming related industry or ecommerce/entertainment industry will be advantages.
Good people-management skills.
Experience driving strong business results through strategy.
A deep understanding of the e-sport games market in the Indonesia.
Have interest and experience playing mobile games such as PUBG Mobile, MLBB & etc.
