Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• TechOps Lead

Kualifikasi :

• Minimal Sarjana (S1)
• 3 – 5 tahun pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan TechOps Lead PT Inovasi Daya Solusi
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of TechOps, including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
– Effectively lead TechOps team performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
– Analyze and find the root cause of the technical issue in the production environment
– Evaluate the existing product and provide recommendations to increase the performance(e.g. success rate)
– Prevent incidents from happening and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented, maintaining known errors and workarounds
– Liaise with merchants and product team for application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance
– Assisting clients in the integration process

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
– Having a minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Development, System Administration, and Operations
– Having experience in a leadership role is a plus
– Familiarity with API testing tools(e.g. Postman) and experience in API Integration is a plus
– Analytical individuals who use critical thinking and technical expertise to relentlessly improve products
– Good communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
– Good command of English language both written and verbal
