Saat ini PT Jababeka, Tbk sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Mechanical Electrical Section Head

Kualifikasi :

Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula
Lead and develop the R&D team
Carry out any additional assignments as directed by R&D Management.
Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements
Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each product’s development.
Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
Responsible for the formulation process, trial, and validation
Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)
Responsible for product registration documentation

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in R&D of Sauces.
Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)
Dynamic, Agile, pro-active personality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Willing to be based in Jababeka, Cikarang
