• 4 Position Quality : Incoming Spv, Finished Product Spv, System Spv & Process

Kualifikasi :

Quality Incoming Supervisor
1. Meet the requirements of incoming quality assurance, be responsible for the improvement of specific problems, assist in building a problem improvement handling system, clarify the responsibilities of each internal position, and ensure the orderly development of inspection and improvement work; Supervise the effective implementation of inspection improvements;
2. Ensure the efficiency of factory operation, supervise the completion of the inspection cycle, ensure the inspection efficiency, so as to ensure the timely delivery rate of T-1;
3. Meet the quality assurance requirements of incoming materials, formulate the management system and training of inspectors within the jurisdiction and other ability improvement plans to ensure the effective development of inspectors’ work;
4. Meet the quality assurance requirements of incoming materials, formulate management specifications for inspection equipment such as instrument inspection tools, and ensure the effectiveness of tools;
5. Ensure the effectiveness of the inspection work, establish the transmission of quality information flow, and coordinate communication with the engineering department, production department and quality internal to ensure the effective transmission and communication of quality information;

Quality Finished Product Supervisor
1. Responsible for the quality management of finished products in the factory, coordinate the whole process to solve the hidden dangers and problems of the factory involving the quality of finished products, and prevent the outflow of defective products from the market;
2. Responsible for the quality control of the new product development plant and factory, explore the hidden dangers of new products and promote rectification, and eliminate hidden dangers from the new product end;
3. Responsible for the overall OBM operation of the factory, pulling through the whole value chain to improve the quality level of factory product manufacturing, promoting and implementing internal and external physical rectification, and ensuring stable production;
4. Responsible for factory laboratory test management, safe, efficient, rigorous and accurate verification of new products and monitoring

System Supervisor
1. Participate in the internal audit of the factory, perform the audit according to the audit form, and output the audit report, identify the existing problems and risk levels, and take appropriate measures;
2. Responsible for the construction of the quality system of the factory, ensure the normal operation of the internal system process system of the quality department of the factory, the daily work of the system, and the management system documents to ensure that it is accurate, complete, timely and reliable; 3. Supplier quality monitoring, handling, quality evaluation, summary and tracking of supplier quality problems;
4. Responsible for the internal quality process audit of the factory, the overall control of compliance, the formulation of control plans, the follow-up of the implementation, and continuous improvement and improvement;
5. Responsible for organizing and carrying out internal training, improving the quality management awareness and ability of employees, and building and cultivating quality teams;

Quality Process Supervisor
1. Complete the process quality indicators decomposed by various companies to the department;
2. Formulate various systems, processes and specifications of the process quality management system, formulate and supervise the implementation of inspection standards;
3. Responsible for the management and supervision of daily work of process management;
4. Product abnormality analysis, correction and prevention;
5. VOP promotion;
6. Promotion of quality digitalization;
7. Team management and training empowerment.
