• HRGA Supervisor

Kualifikasi :

We’re looking for a HRGA Supervisor who will responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within our Company :

Job Description :

Lead and handle HR & GA department in day to day operational and align with all the company’s business strategies;
Assist HR Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource organizational, recruitment & retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity, compensation & benefits;
Manage the teams to run a daily HR task according to plans;
Develop & improve policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to assessment, and employee development to suit the organization’s needs;
Proactively update implementation policies that align with changes in employment laws;
Build the company’s current HR team and systems to match the growing pace of the company.

Requirement :

Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Economy, or Human Resource Management;
Minimum 3 years’ experience as HR & GA Supervisor or team lead within a factory or manufacturing environment.
Proven work experience in all function in HRGA Department including Industrial Relation, GA Building & Asset, Recruitment, People Development, and Compensation & Benefit
Experience in leading a team and handling end-to-end human resources needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Multitasking skills, high administration, high-level attention to details and strong organizational skills;
Knows how to operate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and HR support applications (HRIS);
Good written and spoken in Mandarin or English is an advantage
Willing to work on Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon
Placement in Slipi, West Jakarta
