Job Roles & Responsibilities :

Monitoring employee health and employee medical check up program
Evaluate employee health
Monitoring and evaluate employee personal hygiene
Explore, deliberate and actively participate in formulating the strategic initiatives to realize the Site Vision. Carry out the actions to realize the agreed strategy.
Follow up annually for all employee medical check up results
Plan & ensure internal HSE inspection / audit are conducted on regular basis & compliance is effectively monitored.
Promoting and maintaining ISO 45001
Organizing HSE related training programs & ensures its effectiveness.
To lead, support, motivate & develop skills and resources available in HSE department to effectively manage the HSE activities for the site.
Ensuring & promote awareness amongst employee to prevent unsafe conditions or behaviours and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.
