Kualifikasi :

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Public Health
Certified in AK3U, with 3–7 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership skills with strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities

 

Job Description :

 Implement and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Coordinate the implementation of SHE programs, campaigns, and initiatives across geothermal sites.
Conduct and update risk assessments (HIRA) and hazard identification processes for geothermal operations.
Assist in the development of SHE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Coordinate root cause analysis and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify SHE risks and ensure compliance.
Identify SHE training needs and coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Collect, analyze, and report SHE performance indicators, including Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR), near misses, and environmental performance metrics.
Prepare and submit periodic SHE performance reports to management.
Ensure contractor compliance with SHE requirements through audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Assist in developing, updating, and testing Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
Participate in emergency drills and ensure employee preparedness for emergencies.
