We are a growing company in the real estate and hospitality industries on beautiful Bali Island. We are looking for an experienced personal assistant. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized personal assistant (PA) to join our team. As the right-hand support to the company’s top executives, you’ll use your excellent organizational and communication skills to assist with various administrative tasks and keep things running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing email and phone correspondences,  preparing reports, documents, presentations, taking notes during meetings and any additional administration assistance as needed
Manage the Managing Director calendar, including coordinating priorities, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and accommodation, and making bookings or appointments 
Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, handle all incoming calls and emails from internal or external parties.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents– ensure Managing Director is prepared for all upcoming engagements or meetings 
Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, respond promptly, identify any scheduling conflicts and be proactive

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative support role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Know about tax
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
