Saat ini PT Katup Industri Indonesia sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

• PRODUCTION HEAD

Kualifikasi :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Have ability to check and review the product design and drawing.
To apply the quality management system ensuring customer requirements is met.
Reviewing and approving the Job Order for each job referring to the Works Order, in accordance with the existing instructions and scope of work and delegating the Job Order as well as detailed deadlines and targets to the workshop supervisor, planner and technician for each work area.
Responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and executing service activity at an optimal cost-effective manner.
Mandatory internal daily meeting every day with supervisors before doing work and after the toolbox meeting is finished, input and discusses issues in the work program for.
Submit a weekly report containing all activities acrried out and submitted to the Director every Friday of the week.
Submit a monthly report that cotains a summry of all ativitoes acrried out for one month and submitted to the Director every end of the month.
Improve cycle time for machining process.
Running the QHSE Program and complying with quality and HSE aspects that have been determined by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Age 40 to 50 years old (max),
Degree in Mechanical or any Engineering discipline.
Min. 7 years experience in similar field (Engineering in oil & gas sector).
Passive English is required to read and do simple communication with client or principal.
Able to work in team, briefly clear, and delegate the tasks to subordinate.
Familiar with production budgetary for monthly and annual production plan submission, also familiar with production flow process.
Able to keep good communication with user/client.
Able to deliver any client refusal/rebuttal to related departments for solve problem.
Familiar with API, ASME, and related standard for valve and their automation systems.
Ms. Office, Solid Work, CAD/CAM Knowledge.
Able to apply safe work habit refer to OHSAS 45001 and local government regulation in work area during production running.
Communication, Leadership, Conflict Management, Decision, Problem Solving, Teamwork, & Motivation.
