Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Export Import Asst Manager/Staff

Kualifikasi :

Requirements :

Bachelor degree from Accounting (preferably)
Experience Min. 3 years experience within the manufacturing field as Export Import Supervisor
Good knowledge in PIB-PEB, HS Code, Tax of: BM, Cukai, PPN PPnBM, PPh22, STLG, Invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, certificate of origin, Negotiation to Bea Cukai, Custom Clearance, etc.
Has Export Import work experience in a Bonded Zone Company

Responsibilities :

Ensuring incoming shipment has been customs cleared within the agreed time.
Following up with the forwarder of shipment arrival.
Correctness of HS code and all related import documents.
Provide approval to shipping agents for import custom declaration.
Coordinating with external parties in related government sectors/departments for tax exemption.
Coordinate with customers for shipment notification and paperwork.
Coordinate with the forwarder to reserve and book shipment schedules.
Proactively by reviewing and updating customs regulation
