Saat ini PT KITO INDONESIA sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Kualifikasi :

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

To handle recruitment process such as pre-screen candidates, arrange schedule for interview and required test by coordination with appointed vendor 
To handle training and development activities, arrange training schedule with appointed vendor, prepare training memorandum, collect training report and evaluation as well as update training record 
To handle medical reimbursement, coordinate with appointed insurance company for any claims, registration and movement of employee, maintain its record to ensure all claims monitored and paid to all staff
To handle purchase of general and office supplies, ensure the availability and maintain inventory of the supplies by recording properly the storage and release
To liaise with Government Offices and/or agencies on expatriates and visitors matters for visa arrangements, travel permits, clearances, etc. matters
To arrange any travel and visa of the expatriates, staff and visitors, liaise with travel agents, hotels in making reservation and cancellation
To arrange the accommodation of expatriates, handle any enquiry related to the Apartment if necessary 
To coordinate and arrange the transportation needs for all KITO Indonesia expatriate and local staff members, arrange extension of agreements and record it properly 
To prepare purchase request for any expenses related to administration i.e. visas, tickets, hotel fee, etc. 
To monitor staff’s attendance, leave and sick leave including its record, to check staff’s overtime according to attendance record, maintain and update the record on monthly basis 
Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document administration transactions.
To carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time by Director and Manager of HR-GA

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree  
• At least 6 months experience preferably in multinational company 
• Having experience in using Payroll System is a plus 
• Having knowledge in Quality Management System / ISO 9001:2015 Certification is a plus
• Good team work, integrity and professionalism 
• Highly motivated and able to perform multi task jobs, good initiative, creative and like to learn new things 
• Good documentation management
• Proficiency in English both speaking and writing
