Saat ini PT KSB Indonesia sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

  • Compensation and Benefit Manager

Kualifikasi :

Manage all employee’s compensation and benefit, including payroll system, health insurance, and other benefits planning and proposal.
Ensuring all compensation and benefit programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
Prepare and propose initiatives related to the compensation and benefits function in line with the Company’s strategic plan.
Developing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying new/or existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Oversees the administration of HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and training and development.
HC Administration, prepare HC budget and ensure the activities within budget.
Work closely with Management and collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruitment, retention, and talent management & development.
Preparing a proper annual personnel cost, CAPEX, OPEX, and the related reports.
Managing subordinate and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given from superior’s time to time.

 

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in related functions
Willingness to be placed in Cikarang
8 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefit Manager or in related functions.
Extensive knowledge of Compensation and Benefit programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong people management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.
Outstanding experience ini performing HRIS and payroll systems.
