Qualifications & experience

Candidate must possess at least S1 (Bachelor Degree) major in economics / accounting / logistics / business administration / statistics or similar preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields in retail/beauty/warehousing/ logistics
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills both in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Korean Language proficiency will be a plus.
Proficiency with Excel, and familiar with SAP is preferred.
Fast working pace & able to work under pressure

 

Tasks & responsibilities

Product Order to HQ: 
Weekly regular order to HQ, managing stock flow from HQ Korea to Indonesia 
Monthly estimate+6months sales planning 
Regular order to HQ for new sellable / non-sellable products 
Last order manage for the planning to drop products
Sstablish planning, check BPOM or product label status check with all related team.

 

Share Master file internal or to business partner: 
Monthly share the master product file to internal team to process each division’s work (strategy check/master product file incl. px list/sales team template, etc.)
Monthly or on demand share the product master file to each business partner to share the correct product information to order

 

Regular work and report:
3PL invoice check and process CR monthly 
Sales error check and clear out before finance team closing 
Disposal check and process CR for system and actual 
SOP report to HQ

 

Others:
Balancing stock internally
PO feedback to each business partner
3PL stock take process and make CR – etc. 
All the related PO jobs.
