• Telecom System Engineer

Kualifikasi :

Roles and Responsibility:

Good understanding and extensive experience in Telecommunications industry for more than 5 years in many aspects of Engineering Design/ Planning, Conducting FAT, Site support of the following system :

CCTV System
Access Control System
UHF Radio System
Microwave Radio System
LAN/WAN System
Telephone System
Structured Cabling System, inc. Fiber Optic
PAGA, Intercom, Page Party System
Weather Monitoring System
Marine Radio
Perimeter Intrusion Detection System
Video Conference System
Other Telecommunication Systems
 Experienced in Installation, Testing, Provisioning, Commissioning, Operation & a maintenance of different Telecommunication Systems.
Good knowledge in testing & measurement technique with various test equipment with various brands to support the testing, performance
Optimization and maintenance of telecommunication network system.
Liaise with third party vendor for technical support.
Conduct hands-on or other training for the customer, when required
Ensure installed systems are compliance to respective applicable telecommunication rules and regulations.
Ensure that equipment has been installed correctly and in good working
condition in integration with other systems
Supervision and coordination with the main and sub-contractor for the proper implementation (as per standards) and completion of the projects
Completion and submission of site inspection and commissioning
Assist Team Lead for inspection for inspection on site and site activities
Supervision of any 3rd party fabrication works in the workshop
Participate in fabrication works when needed
Assist to organize and usage of available resources to achieve optimal performance for each system
Assist Project Manager to maintain HSE standards on site

 

Authority:

To represent company at any field activities
As company representative at site, his/her signature can is valid on behalf of company according to project scope of work.
Has authority to decline client inquiry for any thing not related to scope of work

 

Experience & Qualifications:

Good Verbal and written communication in English
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong analytical skill and resourceful in problem solving
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/IT/computer
 Min. 5 years experience as  Telecom System Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry, specially handling FPSO/ FPU/ Offshore Platform.
Ability to liaise effectively with Construction Manager, Surveyor, Subcontractor, another engineer.
Experience operating multitude of measurement equipment
eam player with good discipline, positive work attitude and initiative
