• Retail Merchandising Specialist (Dry Food)

Kualifikasi :

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Retail Merchandising Specialists to join our merchandising team.

 

Responsibilities :

 

Support in planning and developing merchandising strategies
Determine the need for and implement product promotions and price changes
Active search for potential new products
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure the proper execution of plans
Gather information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
Analyze and monitor sales records, trends, seasons, and other conditions to forecast consumer-buying patterns and determine inventory needs

 

Requirements :

 

Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum of 2 years experience in Food Categories.
Proven experience as a retail buyer or relevant role
Good knowledge of offline retail operations is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Excellent negotiation skills; a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors is a plus
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
Must be a detail & result-oriented team player
Should have a good level of written and oral communication skills
