About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Maintenance Facility Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Working for machine maintenance and archive quality, delivery, cost, safety, regulation, etc.
Handle maintenance of dies, mold, fin die etc.
Follow company rules and regulations.
Make and follow up action plans, project schedules and budget control as project assignments.
Report to a higher position that concerns process preparation and control.
Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety & Environment activities.
Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Hold min. Diploma’s degree in Engineering.
Business level English.
At least 3-5 years experience in dies, mold, fin & die maintenance systems (sheet metal, plastic, and aluminum fin) in air conditioner manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of machinery for maintenance and dies, mold, and fin dies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tools (dies, mold, and fin die).
Design Program (CAD), structure & process of dies, mold, fin & die, and machinery for maintenance (grinding, lathe, and welding).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High responsibility and technical leadership.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong in people management.
Preferably have working experience in Japanese Manufacturing company.
