- QA QC SUPERVISOR
Kualifikasi :
Experience Requirements :
8 – 10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance System,
Experience in Japanese manufacturing company (Air Conditioner manufacturer is preferable),
Qualification
Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering Field,
Good Communication in English,
Japanese Speaking ability is preferable,
Strong knowledge of production process and machinery,
Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and machinery,
Proficient in maintenance program such as PLC program, Servo system control & Robot System,
Scope Of Responsibilities / Job Description :
Supervise and coordinate activity with team for machine maintenance and improvement system and achieve quality, delivery, cost, safety, regulation etc,
Maintain max machine downtime. 2.5% of production operating time,
Can carry out preventive factory / manufacturing maintenance. Plan vs Actual = 100%,
Supervise engineer team to follow company policy, rule & regulation,
Make and follow up action plan, project schedule and budget control with team,
Monitoring and report to higher position that concern process preparation and control,
Promote Kaizen activity, 5S, Safety, Health and Environment activity.
Skills / competency :
PLC Programing, Servo System Control, Robot system,
Excellent problem solving and decision making skill,
Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic,
High responsibility and technical leadership,
Good communication and interpersonal skill,
Strong in people management.
