Saat ini PT Mahle Indonesia sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• QA QC SUPERVISOR

Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities:

Leading and action for customer/internal quality defects, Rout Cause Analysis and corrective action, and process/product audit for customer, internal and supplier. Negotiation and Quality Agreement of product quality. 
Creating and review of inspection criteria/    inspection standard/inspection procedures, ensuring quality assurance for new project. 
Summarizing and Leading monthly quality report and quality management review (internal and Global).
Makes a investment/expense plan and manage to keep the budget, as well manages/Implements to achieve the target of Department policy. 
Leading the document preparation of new project including following up and internal audit as well Leading and supervise ISO secretary. 
To execute specific project or specific task instructed by Head of department.
 Ensuring that all documents are adopt the IATF, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and following the company policy

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma
At least 3 years’ experience as Supervisor in manufacturing industry
Good command in English
Computer literate
Understanding IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 in their processes and/ or activities and its implementation 
Have knowledge of 5S, safety (K3), kaizen and other manufacturing knowledge
Knowledge of quality tools, problem solving, QC 7 tools, PDP. 
Skill as internal auditor (System, process and product), supplier audit and 5 core tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA and Control Plan)
Able to create Quality document 
Able to read Technical drawing
Skill as Internal auditor of System based on matrix skill of internal auditor
