We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Accountant to join our team at PT. Mardi Persada Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide financial advice to management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Work closely with auditors during financial audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
years of proven experience as an accountant.
CPA certification is preferred.
Strong proficiency in accounting software [mention specific software if applicable].
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
