Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, All Major
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in General Affair (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
Have a good knowledge about handling petty cash, invoice, payable voucher and document shipping
Able to work with target and to meet tight deadlines
Have good expression, communication, and teamwork ability
Applicants must be willing to work in GIIC – Deltamas
Job Description:
Menangani pembelian dan pembayaran
Mengelola transportasi dan akomodasi
Mengelola catering/konsumsi karyawan
Mengelola izin kerja
Mengelola gudang ATK
Mengelola audit vendor berkala
Mengelola shipment dokumen/paket
Mengelola resepsionis telepon dan tamu
Monitoring fasilitas ruang rapat dan pantry
