Kualifikasi :

We are looking for motivated and skilled candidate for the Position of Finishing Engineer. Responsibilities of the Finishing Engineer shall be as follows:

Managing finishing works of construction and reporting into the Construction Manager
Monitor program activities design to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from conceptual stage through life cycle of project.
Monitor performance of contractors and suppliers
Implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects
Carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages
Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials,
Self-performing certain elements of works,
Controlling and managing specialist sub-contractors,
Keeping accurate records of production,
Providing reports (daily, weekly and monthly) on works completed, etc.
Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with installations Construction Manager.
Review Contractor’s installation method statements.
Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to Construction Manager with appropriate comments / approval within the specified contractual period.
Review Contractor’s proposed sub-contractor(s) associated with the engineering works from a technical standpoint.
Undertake general project site observation / inspection of the works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant’s specification, good working practices and construction schedule.
Be available to undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Construction Manager.
Undertake prior review of Contractor’s proposed method statement and schedule.
Witness testing that may be required during the construction and advise the Construction Manager accordingly.
Review and comment on Contractor’s testing and commissioning results and advise the Construction Manager accordingly.
Maintain on-going list of defects for contractor’s remedial action.
Attend project, site progress and any related technical meetings as directed by the Construction Manager.
Review and approve Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Has experience in finishing works
Indonesian Citizen Only
Time management
Decision making abilities
Strong communication abilities
Leadership experience
Data Center Design & Construction for Min. 3 Years
Building Design & Construction Experience for Min. 7-10 Years
Professional English Proficiency is mandatory
